Suspenseful crime fiction set in Appalachia where the horrors of the opioid epidemic creep into the lives of ordinary people, turning a quaint and quiet neighborhood into a blood bath. “M30 OXY” interweaves three gripping stories, all trapped in the ugly reality of addiction. Wheeler, a kind-hearted drug dealer, falls deep into debt as he gives away pills to feel accepted. Hannah and Eli, a couple who lost their jobs due to COVID-19, turn to drug trafficking to survive only to find themselves ensnared in a dangerous world they could never have imagined. Meanwhile, Nurse Evelyn caught taking pain pills from work, is coerced into becoming an informant to avoid prison. Each character battles personal demons and societal pressures while dodging unforgiving drug lords and seeking a path out of the death trap they are stuck in.

A feature film with intersecting stories of desperation involving opioid distribution in rural Appalachia that presents an introspective, gritty and lucid look into the lives of Kentuckians during a global pandemic.
